• Manage Conversations: Maintain conversation history to provide context-aware responses
• Authenticate: Verify your identity and protect your account
• Improve Services: Analyze usage patterns to enhance functionality

What We DON'T Do:

4. AI Service Providers

HtmlPrism uses third-party AI services to generate code based on your requests:

• Anthropic Claude: For natural language processing and code generation
• OpenAI GPT: Alternative AI provider (if configured by your organization)
• Google Gemini: Alternative AI provider (if configured by your organization)

5. Data Retention

Temporary Data (Deleted Immediately)

• Page content sent to AI services (not stored after code generation)
• Temporary authentication tokens

Stored Data

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Code Snippets: Stored until you delete them
• Conversations: Retained for context; can be manually cleared or auto-compacted
• API Keys: Stored until you revoke them

Deleted Data

When you delete your account, all associated data (snippets, conversations, API keys) is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption: All data transmitted over HTTPS/SSL
• Password Security: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
• API Security: API keys are required for all requests
• Access Control: Organization-level data isolation

We do NOT use third-party tracking cookies or analytics tools that track you across websites.

HtmlPrism is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us through the application immediately.

HtmlPrism is hosted in the United States (AWS Lightsail). By using our service, you consent to your data being processed in the United States. We comply with applicable international data protection laws including GDPR for European users.
